15 cl de smantana pentru frisca
150 gr de branza ricotta

Lasati-le sa se decongeleze.
Bateti smantana cu branza ricotta si cu restul de zahar pana obtineti o crema friscca . Parfumati cu vanilie.
Folositi mixerul daca aveti.
Pregatiti verinele.
Puneti un strat de fructe de padure, apoi umpleti cu crema de ricotta si decorati cu fructele ramase.
Dati la rece 2-3 ore si se poate servi.
