Curatati dovleacul si vanata (pentru vanata am lasat pielea caci era bio).
Taiati-le cubulete si puneti-le la fiert timp de 25 de minute in apa cu sare, cu cimbru uscat si cu foaia de dafin.

Puteti dilua untul de arahide intr-un pic de apa in care au fiert legumele. (sau il puneti direct peste legume ca mine )
Amestecati legumele cu untul de arahide, adaugati uleiul de susan , presarati cubul de legume sfaramitat , piper si paprika afumata.
Amestecati incet, adaugati un pic de apa in care legumele au fiert si fierbeti impreuna 5 minute.
Verificati de sare. Este gata!
Minunata cu un carnat prajit sau simpla cu orez.
