Ingrediente : pentru 6 portii
4 mere
160 gr de lapte condensat natur
4 oua
2 linguri de rom macerat
½ lingurita de scortisoara pudra
2 linguri de migdale pudra
Mod de preparare :
Curatati merele si taiati-le in cubulete.
Puneti-le intr-o oala cu 2 linguri de apa, 1 lingura de indulcitor , romul si pudra de scortisoara.
Amestecati si clocotiti la foc potrivit timp de 8-10 minute.

Puneti-le intr-o oala cu 2 linguri de apa, 1 lingura de indulcitor , romul si pudra de scortisoara.
Amestecati si clocotiti la foc potrivit timp de 8-10 minute.
Lasati sa se raceasca.
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Bateti ouale intregi intr-un castron.
Adaugati laptele concentrat, laptele de cocos, restul de indulcitor si migdalele macinate.
Amestecati bine.
Pregatiti formele.
Am pastrat 1 mar cubulete pentru decorul final.

O reteta cu mai multi carbohidrati din cauza merelor deci de servit cu atentie daca faceti un regim keto dar buna pentru o alimentatie cu putini carbohidrati .
