Se freaca ouale cu indulcitorul pana-si dubleaza volumul.

Incalziri laptele cu vanilia.
Se toarna treptat deasupra laptele fierbine cu vanilia si se amesteaca pana la omogenizare
Am varsat compozitia in 4 forme individuale . Cu compozitia ramasa am facut o crema mai mare.
Am topit intr-o cratita de 15 cm 2 linguri de indulcitor si intins pe pereti si pe fund .
Varsati deasupra compozitia ramasa.
Se introduce la cuptor cca 25 minute formele individuale si cca 35 de minute crema mai mare.
Pofta buna.
