Aveam o carcasa de piept de pui , cu carnea am facut snitele. Nu aruncati este ideala pentru a da gust si mult mai buna decat Kub-urile gata cumparate.
Pentru a parfuma pestele am folosit usturoi, daca nu va place puteti punea o ceapa mica salota.

Este gata, puteti prepara deasupra seminte de susan.
Intr-o farfurie adanca puneti crema de dovlecei, adaugati bucati de peste si un pic de sos usturiu-soia..
Dati un tur de piper, presarati boia de ardei si serviti.
