1 varf de sare
aroma naturala de vanilie
60 g de unt
zahar pudra
60 g de unt

Mod de preparare:
Curatati si taiati merele in cuburi.
Intr-o tigaire puneti untul la topit cu 4 linguri de zahar. Reveniti si caramelizati merele 10 minute.
Intr-un castron sau in bolul robotului amestecati bine ouale intregi cu restul de zahar.
Adaugati faina, vanilia si varsati treptat laptele.
Puneti merele caramelizate intr-un vas uns pentru cuptor.
Varsati deasupra amestecul oua-lapte.
