200 g ciuperci
2 bucati de praz (partea alba)
1 catel de usturoi
90 gr de smantna
60 gr de unt
3 linguri lapte
sare, piper
boia de ardei
4 cochilii bine spalate sau 4 forme de gratin
Mod de preparare:
Deschideti , spalati si curatati nucile de Saint-Jacques.
Pastrati cateva cochilii bine spalate.
Curatati si spalati legumele. Tocati prazul si usturoiul marunt.

Curatati ciupercile , taiati-le felii si reveniti-le in 20 g de unt.
In alta tigaie prajiti rapid pe toate partile nucile de Saint-Jacques cu usturoiul tocat. Puneti sare, piper boia de ardei ,scoateti-le si rezervati.

In acceeasi tigaie puneti din nou 15g de unt si prajiti prazul timp de 5 minute.
Amestecati ciupercile cu prazul, adaugati smantana , laptele si gatiti 2-3 minute.
Nu reduceti sosul mult caci veti avea nevoie.
Asezonati.

Incalziti cuptorul la 230°C.
Depuneti in fiecare cochilie 3 nuci de Saint-Jacques .
Acoperiti-le bine cu sos si puneti untul ramas taiat feliute subtiri.
