Statul african Burkina Faso sărbătoreşte Ziua naţională, în fiecare an, la 11 decembrie, dată la care, în 1958, a fost proclamată republica. Totodată, Burkina Faso celebrează anual şi ziua de 5 august, reprezentând Ziua Independenţei, în 1960.
Iata cu aceasta ocazie o reteta simpla si usoara din Burkina Faso de pui cu mustar.
In reteta sursa puiul este revenit repede la tigaie dupa ce l-am lasat in marinada.
Eu am adaugat un sos de smantana cu ardei si l-am gatit apoi dupa ce l-am tras la tigaie in acest sos pentru ca carnea sa fie complet gatita.

Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie.
Prajiti bucatile de pui la foc potrivit pana cand tot sosul este absorbit si pana cand puiul este gatit.

Curatati ceapa si usturoiul si tocati-le marunt.
Taiati ardeii in lamele fine.
Reveniti ceapa si uleiul intr-un pic de ulei incins, adaugati ardeii si sotati cateva minute.
