3 linguri indulcitor natural (sau 70 gr de zahar)
2 linguri apa de portocali
2 linguri apa de trandafir
3 lingurite de miere sau de dulceata de lapte fara zahar

Mod de preparare:
Diluati faina de orez intr-un pic de lapte, amestecand bine. Adaugati apoi tot laptele amestecand.
Puneti pe foc , adaugati 'zaharul' si lasati sa se-ngroase amestecand in continuu -10 minute maximum.
Luati de pe foc puneti apa de trandafir si apa de portocali, amestecati si varsati in verine sau in vase ramequin.
