Mod de prepparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 180 °C.
Amestecati alunele prajite si maruntite cu boia de ardei si parmezanul ras.
Curatati ceapa si usturoiul si tocati-le marunt.
Taiati dovleacul felii si curatati-l de coaja.
Puneti sare, piper si boia de ardei.
Prajiti-le in untul cald cu ceapa si usturoiul timp de 3 minute pe fiecare parte.
