100 g ulei de cocos presat la
3 lingurite de îndulcitor natural érythritol
170 g de fulgi de cocos, sau câți intră
100 g ciocolată neagră 85%

Mod de preparare :
Uleiul de cocos se topește 30 de secunde la microunde la 900 W.
Se amestecă cu fulgii de cocos, se adauga crema de cocos și îndulcitorul.

Puneti-o în forme de silicon , presati bine pentru a elimina aerul.
Formele se dau la rece cel putin o jumătate de oră.
Daca nu aveti forme in silicon puteti face forme cu mana.
