Ingrediente; 5 portii
1 kg de carne de vita - pulpa taiata bucati
600 g de rosiii la borcan (reteta aici)
3 cepe verzi
4 catei de usturoi
2 linguri de unt clarifiat Kebbeh
2 linguri ulei de masline
2 linguri de condimente berbéré (reteta aici ).
Mod de preparare:
In Eritreea sau in Etiopia fiecare familie are reteta proprie de condimente berbéré. Este un amestec de condimente foarte picant.
Eu am avut noroc sa primesc o cutiuta de la o prietena - v-am pus lien la reteta ei in franceza.
Incalziti intr-o cocota uleiul si untul clarifiat.
Sotati carnea de vita taiata bucati pe toate partile.
Adaugati ceapa si usturoiul si gatiti impreuna 2 minute.
Varsati rosiile cu zeama lor. Puneti sare, piper (rosiile mele erau deja sarate).
Scadeti focul, acoperiti si gatiti la foc mediu 2 ore jumatate sau 1 ora la oala minune.
