1 catel de usturoi
15-20 g de unt
2 felii de jambon
150 ml de smantana
2 linguri lapte
4 felii de branza cheddar
sare, piper
Mod de preparare:
Puneti 100 ml de apa si gatiti-le la foc potrivit timp de 10-15 minute introrcandu-le pe toate partile.
Cand andivele sunt aproape gatite, varsati deasupra lor o treime din sos si puneti apoi deasupra feliile de jambon taiate in 2.

Se indeparteaza cotorul si se spala rapid sub apa rece andivele.
Puteti sa le lasati intregi daca sunt mici sau sa le taiati in 2 daca sunt mari.
Reveniti-le in 20 g de unt cu catelul de usturoi zdrobit si cu morcovii taiati bucati.
Puneti 100 ml de apa si gatiti-le la foc potrivit timp de 10-15 minute introrcandu-le pe toate partile.
Puneti smantana la-ncalzit si cand este fierbinte adaugati branza cheddar taiata bucati, laptele .
Amestecati cu un tel pana cand branza se topeste si aveti o compozitie omogena.
Puneti piper, sare.
Cand andivele sunt aproape gatite, varsati deasupra lor o treime din sos si puneti apoi deasupra feliile de jambon taiate in 2.
Versati peste jambon restul de sos cheddar si puneti apoi feliile de cheddar ramase taiate bucati.
