Mod de preparare:
Intr-o oala mica puneti untul taiat bucatele. Lasati-l sa topeasca si sa ajunga la fierbere.
Spumati si adaugati toate ingredientele.
Lasati sa fiarba la foc potrivit timp de 25 de minute.
Filtrati si puneti-l direct intr-un borcan.

Dupa ce s-a racit inchideti si dati la rece. Se conserva 2 luni la frigider (un an la congelator).
Puteti pune 1 lingura in toate mancarurile sau puteti pune o lingurita in toate sosurile pentru a parfuma.
L-am utilizat in reteta Cari de porc cu lapte de cocos - foarte bun si parfumat.
