- 1 luna la congelator
- 2-3 zile in frigider. intr-o cutie din plastic sau intr-o punga.
Inainte de a le congela sau pune la rece lasati-le 12 h sa se usuce.

200 g de faina de naut bio
2 oua
1 lingura ulei de masline
2 linguri apa rece
1 lingurita de sare.
Mod de preparare:
Cand aluatul incepe sa se formeze petrim 5-8 minute. In functie de marimea oului puneti un pic de faina de naut sau de apa cum am pus eu.
Scoatem aluatul, il filmam s-il punem la rece pentru 1 ora.

Luati o bula de aluat si incepem sa-l introducem in aparatul de paste -pozitia 1.
Foaia obtinuta o impaturim in 4 si o introducem din nou.

Repetam operatia tot in pozitia 1.
Apoi schimbam la pozitia 2, si trecem foaia obtinuta prin aparat.

Am calculat-o pentru 6 portii: 2 portii de spaghetti si 4 de lasagne.

apoi punem pozitia 3.......pana la 4 pentru mine.
Obtinem deci foi lungi de lasagne, taiati-le deja in functie de vasul de lasagne.
Lasati-le sa se usuce 30 de minute apoi le puteti folosi pentru a face lasagne.
Le-am utilizat seara dupa 10 ore de uscat.
Foile de lasagne dupa 12 ore de uscat le-am pus intr-o punga la rece si utilizat dupa 3 zile.
Am obtinut 10 foi de lasagnes (18 cm/9 cm) adica 160 gr si 100 gr de spaghettis.
