Daca vreti s-o faceti cu zahar v-am pus cantitatea necesara dar totul depinde de aciditatea rubarbei.
Prefer totusi gemul este mai gustos si gustul rubarbei este mai pronuntat.

Le-am pus pe fundul formelor si am acoperit cu sorbet.
Am obtinut 700 gr de sorbet.

Prefer totusi gemul este mai gustos si gustul rubarbei este mai pronuntat.
150 ml de apa
aroma naturala de vanilie
2 albusuri de ou
nuci, fistic prajit
Mod de preparare:
Se prepară un sirop din apă și indulcitor într-o cratiță. Se fierbe timp cateva minute.
Curatati rubarba si taiati-o bucati.
Puneti-o in sirop si gatiti impreuna timp de 20 de minute la foc potrivit.
Luati de pe foc si adaugati vanilia.
Lasati sa se raceasca.
Inccorporati albusurile batute spuma.

Verificati daca suficient de dulce, adaugati daca prea acida (ideal de adaugat cand bateti albusurile).
Plasati compozitia in sorbetiera si lasati timp de 50 minute- 1 ora.
Puneti la congelator pentru 1 ora si puteti servi.
Daca nu aveti sorbetiera , varsati compozitia intr-o cutie de plastic cu capac si dati-o la congelator 30 de minute.
Scoateti, mixati si dati din nou la congelator timp de 30 de minute.
Repetati de 2 ori. Astfel sorbetul nu va avea cristale de gheata.
