A fost pregatita par hazard in 1956 de celebrul bucatar serb Milovan Stojanović. La baza trebuia sa pregateasca un pui Kiev unui celebru demnitar venit din URSS. Cum n-avea pui l-a facut cu vitel si apoi l-a decorat cu sos, felii de rosii si o felie de lamaie. Rezultatul semana cu un ordin militar , steaua de Karađorđe si l-a numit astfel.

Cu timpul a devenit foarte popular. Este facut de obicei din carne de porc, pui sau vita, va trebuie apoi kaymak - o crema de branza vezi aicea , oua , faina si pesmet.
Este deobicei servit cu kajmac sau sos tartar, cartofi prajiti si pastai verzi.

Ingrediente:
2 cotlete/fileuri de porc
2 linguri bune de kajmak - reteta aici
faina
2 oua
pesmet
sare, piper
ulei
Mod de preparare:
Pregatiti carnea, bateti bine cotletele, indepartati osul eventual si grasimea de pe margini.
Trebuie sa fie subtiri, puneti sare si piper.
Etalati deasupra kajmac-ul, dati un tur de piper si rulati-le.
Veti obtine 2 cilindrii. Pesarati sare si piper.
Bateti ouale cu un pic de sare.
Puneti intr-o farfurie/tava plata faina si in alta pesmet.
Dati carnea prin faina, prin ou, prin pesmet, apoi din nou prin ou si prin pesmet.

Puneti rulourile la prajit in uleiul incins, timp de 20 de minute la foc moderat, intoarceti-le si colorati-le uniform.
Scoateti-le pe un prosop de hartie absorbant.
Le puteti servi cu kajmac, sos tartar, cartofi fierti sau prajiti, zacusca, legume....
Baiatului meu i-au placut foarte mult.
Am gustat si eu :) excelente.
Voi reface cu siguranta.
