Puneti pulpa de miel pe o hartie de copt lunga.
Condimentati cu parika, sare si piper.
Ungeti-o cu ulei .
Intepati pulpa si introduceti cateiii de usturoi.
Puneti peste pulpa ceapa taiata lamele.
Inchideti bine pulpa in foaia de copt.
Derulati apoi o foaie de aluminium si infasurati-o in ea, sa fie inchisa ermetic..
Puneti intr-un vas de cuptor si dati la cuptorul incalzit la 140°C.
Lasati sa gateasca 3 h la temperatura scazuta..
Dupa 3 ore indepartati foia de aluminium si foaia de copt.
Adaugati 100 ml de apa in vas , puneti peste carne ardeiul rosu taiat lamele si datti o ora la cuptor la 180°C fara sa acoperiti.
Intoarceti carnea dupa 30 de minute si arozati-o cu sosul lasat.
Scoateti din cuptor si lasati carnea sa se odihneasca 30 minute.
Taiati felii si serviti cu garnitura dorita : cartofi, fasole, salata de varza...
