20 gr ulei de masline
150 gr sos de rosii de casa - reteta aici
1 catel de usturoi
sare, piper, boia de ardei
cimbru uscat
125 gr de branza mozzarella

Curatati si tocati marunt ceapa si usturoiul.
Ungeti carnea cu ulei, puneti sare si piper.
Puneti carnea intr-un vas pentru cuptor.
Acoperiti-o cu sosul de rosii si presarati deasupra ceapa, usturoiul si cimbrul uscat.
Acoperiti vasul cu o foaie de aluminiu si puneti-l in cuptorul incalzit la 160°C timp de 30 minute.
Descoperiti si puneti peste carne felii de mozzarella .
Condimentati: sare, piper, boia de ardei, cimbru uscat.
Dati din nou la cuptor 20-25 minute sau pana cand branza mozzarella se topeste si se coloreaza.
Serviti cu o salata, carnea se topeste in gura.
Am facut 3 portii caci coteletele erau mari.
