L-am copiat si am scos o paine keto din congelator, am prajit-o dupa 30 de minute si am facut si eu un sandwich cu un pic de maioneza si cu varza marinata la borcan.

1 lingurita rasa de condimente (am pus un amestec yassa: usturoi, cepa, ghimbir, piper, cimbru, paprika)
2 linguri de pudra de migdale
Amestecati tonul cu oul, cascavalul ras si faina de chia.
Adaugati condimentele, sarea si amestecati bine cu mana.
Formati bile si dati-le prin pudra de migdale.

Puneti la prajit chiftelutele, colorati-le bine 4-5 minutes pe fiecare parte.
Cand sunt aproape gata puneti sosul soia si gatiti-le inca 2 minute .

Serviti-le cu muraturi, salate etc sau faceti un sandwich.
Atat de bune ca se vor termina imediat.
Iata sandwich-ul fiului meu.
I-au placut foarte mult, a 2a zi inca imi vorbea de ele hi hi
