Mod de preparare :
Fierbeti conopida in apa cu sare timp de 25 de minute.
Scurgeti si presati-o in piure. Adaugati smantana, sare si cascavalul ras si amestecati.
Lasati sa se raceasca si dati la rece.
Dupa 2-3 h la frigider, puneti oul, faina de cocos, sare, piper si nucsoara rasa.
Amestecati bine si puneti intr-o punga posh (n-am pus capatul).
Formati crochete pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt.
