O reteta fara zahar adevarat, o crema de fructe low carb pe care o puteti manca cu lingurita sau tartina pe paine de calitate, pe biscuiti sau umple o prajitura.
Il puteti face simplu numai din fructe si unt eu am adaugat 1 lingura buna de crema de fistic cumparata in Sicilia. A iesit minunat.

1 kg de mere
1/2 lingurita de pudra de scortisoara
2 linguri de nuca de cocos rasa
1 lingura buna de crema pesto de fistic
Mod de preparare :
Curatati merele si taiati-le cubulete.
Puneti-le intr-o oala pe foc cu scotisoara si nuca de cocos. Fierbeti-le .
Se vor transforma treptat in piure .
Gatiti pana cand apa lor se va evapora complet.
Amestecati.

Lasati sa se raceasca un pic si adaugati crema de fistic.
Puneti totul in bolul mixerului si mixati pana obtineti o crema fina si neteda.
