- 170 gr de ciocolata neagra
- 300 gr de piure de dovleac copt
- 4 oua
- 10-15 picaturi de indulcitor natural stévia cu aroma de migdale amara
- 80 gr indulcitor natural érythritol ( in loc de 150 gr zahar brun)
- 40 gr de pudra de migdale
- 20 migdale intregi

Mod de preparare :
Pregatiti inainte piureul de dovleac- ca-n aceasta reteta .
Daca coaceti dovleacul imediat puneti ciocolata peste piureul cald si topiti-o direct.
Daca piureul este rece sau congelat ca-n cazul meu incalzititi impreuna piureul si ciocolata pe foc la bain-marie sau la microunde (decongelati piureul inainte) 2-3 minute.
Amestecati bine ciocolata cu dovleacul.
Bateti ouale intregi cu indulcitorurile timp de 5 minute.
Adaugati pudra de migdale si amestecul ciocolata-dovleac.
Puneti intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt 20/20 cm. Decorati cu migdale.
Dati la cuptorul incalzit la 180°C timp de 25 de minute.
Cand suprafata incepe sa crape opriti, trebuie sa ramana moale dedesupt.
Daca coaceti dovleacul imediat puneti ciocolata peste piureul cald si topiti-o direct.

Lasati-o 10 minute in cuptorul oprit, apoi scoateti si lasati sa se raceasca complet in tava.
Taiati in portii si serviti .
