400 g de dovleac butternut (o jumatate de dovleac aproape )
150 gr de ciocolata neagra 85 %
1 lingura de pudra de cacao fara zahar
1 lingura de unt de arahide
(sau piure de migdale, alune)
10-15 picaturi de indulcitor natutal stévia (cu aroma de migdala amara ) - facultativ
Mod de preparare :
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Taiati dovleacul in 2, indepartati semintele si puneti-l pe o tava acoperita cu hartie de copt (fata taiata direct pe hartie).
Coaceti-l cel putin 40 de minute. Al meu era mare l-am lasata o ora. Trebuie ca cutitul sa intre usor in el.
Scoateti din cuptor si lasati un pic sa se raceasca.

Daca faceti pasta imediat, puneti ciocolata bucati peste dovleacul fierbinte, se va topi.
Eu am facut-o a-2a zi. Am pus piureul de dovleac la rece si a 2a zi l-am incalzit 3 minute la micro-onde.
Am pus deasupra ciocolata taiata in bucati si am topit-o amestecand totul la bain-marie.

Nu ezitati sa adaugati nuci, alune prajite - va fi si mai gustos.
Copii nu vor simti gustul de dovleac si vor manca astfel legume.

Foarte bun ! Serviti pe tartine, clatite, pe gofre keto etc ....
Nu se pastreaza mult caci cu dovleac 4-5 zile maximum.
Eu am facut cu o treime ce-mi ramanea bomboane energizante 'fat bombs' (ulei de cocos, nuca de cocos rasa si pudra de spirulina ) pe care le-am congelat.
Voi face un articol in curand cu reteta si cu detalii despre spirulina.
