Ingredienes: pentru 4 persoane
1 kg de carne de iepure - pulpe, spate
12 cepe noi mici
12 prune uscate
1 mana de stafide
5 linguri de coniac
20 g de unt demi-sarat
125 g de sunca cruda afumata taiata bucati
2 linguri faina
2 linguri concentrat de rosii
40 cl de biere
cimbru uscat
1 foaie de dafin
sare, piper
Mos de preparare:
Taiati carnea in bucati potrivite.
Curatati si spalati ceapa (partea verde am folosit-o in crochetele de cartofi).
Intr-o oala mica puneti prunele si stafidele, adaugati coniacul si puneti pe foc.
Cand incepe sa fiarba, luati de pe foc si flambati - atentie! Rezervati si lasati sa macereze.
Intr-o marmita topiti untul si puneti ceapa la prajit.
Adaugati sunca si reveniti impreuna.
Puneti bucatile de carne si colorati-le pe toate partile.
Presarati faina deasupra si amestecati. Varsati berea.

Adaugati cimbrul si foaia de dafin , puneti sare si piper, amestecati si aduceti la fierbere.
Acoperiti si lasati sa fiarba la foc potrivit timp de 45 minute.
Adaugati prunele , stafidele si sosul de rosii si gatiti impreuna timp de 15 minute.
Este gata, puteti servi .
