1 plic zahar vanilat
100 g de unt topit si racit
3 oua
250 g de faina
1/2 plic de praf de copt
20 cl de lapte
glazura
125 g de unt
70 g de nuca de cocos rasa
150 g de zahar de trestie (in loc de 250 g)
5 cl de lapte
Mod de preparare:
Amestecati ingredientele pentru aluat in bolul robotului sau intr-un castron.
Varsati compozitia obtinuta intr-o tava unsa (28 cm pentru mine).
Coaceti timp de 20 de minute un cuptorul incalzit la 200°C .
100 g de unt topit si racit
3 oua
250 g de faina
1/2 plic de praf de copt
20 cl de lapte
glazura

O reteta daneza pentru Campionatul Mondial de Fotbal 2018 - Grupa C
Petru a onora si Australia va propun o prajitura traditionala australiana.
Numele ei vine de la baronul Charles Cochrane-Baillie, al 2-lea baron de Lamington, guvernator de Queensland intre 1896 et 1901. Servitoarea lui a scapat din greseala pandispanul preferat al guvernatorului intr-un bol cu ciocolata topita. Baronul Lamington i-a propus atunci acesteia sa inveleasca pandispanul in nuca de cocos pentru a nu se murdari pe degete.
Prajitura a fost un mare succes si a facut istorie.
