Ingredientele principale sunt: rosii, ardei, oua. Totul este condimentat cu usturoi, chimen, sare, piper si gatit in ulei de masline. Se pot adauga si carnati merguez.

1/2 lingurita boabe de coriandru

3 linguri ulei de masline
1/2 pahar de apa

Mod de preparare:
Spalati legumele. Taiati rosiile si ardeiul in cuburi.

Intr-o tigaie reveniti in uleiul incins usturoiul si pimentul tocati marunt.
Adaugati ardeiul si reveniti timp de 5-6 minutes.
Puneti rosiile si condimentele , gatiti timp de 5 minute si puneti apoi concentratul de rosii diluat in apa.
Amestecati si gatiti la foc potrivit timp de 15-20 minute. Puneti harissa daca doriti.
