Amestacati faina cu amidonul Maïzena, praful de copt si bicarbonatul.
Frecati untul moale cu zaharul pana obtineti o crema spumoasa.
Incorporati galbenusurile treptat, vanilia si coaja rasa de lamaie.
Amestecati.
Incorporati apoi treptat amestecul faina-amidon continuand sa amestecati.
Nu lucrati prea mult aluatul.
Formati o bula si puneti-o in film alimentar.
Dati la rece cel putin 30 minute.
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Cu un rulou etalati aluatul intr-o foaie subtire de 0,5 cm.
Decupati cercuri cu un pahar sau cu o forma : 6-8 cm.
