Mod de preparare:
Curatati ceapa si usturoiul.
Tocati-le si sotati-le in uleiul incalzit intr-o tigaie.
Adaugati ierburile si paprika.
Lasati sa se raceaca un pic si mixati totul impreuna cu mortadella.
Intr-un castron amestecati totul cu carnea tocata, oul, bulionul si faina. Puneti sare, piper.
Pe o hartie de copt puneti 4-5 felii de jambon crud. Depuneti carnea tocata deasupra, ridicati feliile de jambon peste carne si acoperiti cu o felie de jambon.
Formati o rulada stransa in hartia de copt.
Puneti-o intr-o forma de chec.

Indepartati hartia, puneti din nou in forma de chec si varsati deasupra sucul lasat.
Dati la cuptor timp de 10 minute la 200°C sau pana este colorat frumos.
