2 bucati de praz frumoase
4 felii de jambon
75 gr de branza cream cheese Philadelphia
2-3 linguri de smantana
50 gr de cascaval ras
2 catei de usturoi
sare, piper
boia de ardei
Indepartati partea verde a prazului (folositi-o pentru o supa).
Curatati si spalati si taiati partea alba in buccati de 10 cm.
Prazul meu era gros,am taiat apoi bucatile in 2 in lungime.
Reveniti-le in uleiul incins cu usturoiul tocat. Intoarceti-le si colorati prazul pe ambele parti.Condimentati.
Adaugati 100 ml de apa, acoperiti si gatiti timp de 10 minute.
Incalziti cuptorul la 220°C.
Amestecati branza cream cheese cu smantana si asezonati.
Rulati prazul in feliile de jambon taiate in 2 si le puneti-l intr-un vas de cuptor adanc.Puneti deasupra sosul pregatit si presarati apoi cascaval ras.
