Mod de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Ungeti cu ulei de cocos forma (24/24 cm).
Amestecati scortisoara cu 2 linguri de indulcitor.
Curatati gutuia si taiati-o cuburi.
Puneti gutuia taiata in forma, presarati deasupra amestecul indulcitor-scortisoara (pastrati o lingurita) si puneti deasupra uleiul de cocos.
Dati la cuptor timp de 15 minute.
Amestecati faina de cocos cu praful de copt.
Bateti ouale cu indulcitorul timp de 5 minute.
Incorporati treptat faina de cocos si varsati laptele de cocos amestecand tot timpul.
Scoateti tava cu fructe si varsati deasupra lor compozitia cu laptele de cocos.
Pudrati deasupra amestecul indulcitor-scortisoara pastrat.
Dati la cuptor timp de 30 de minute la 180°C si apoi 10 minute la 210°C. .
Lasati sa se raceasca inainte de a scoate din forma si taia in portii.
Calduta sau rece este la fel de buna.
Cu o cafea este minunata.
