- Mixati fructele seci (pastrati un sfert pentru decorul final ). Adaugati painea cu fibre si mixati impreuna. Puneti untul topit.

- Amestecati bine si puneti compozitia pe fundul formei apasand bine. Dati la rece.
- Puneti la-nmuiat gelatina intr-un bol cu apa rece.
- Bateti smantana la robot 3 minute la viteza rapida. Puneti 'zaharul' si branza si amestecati timp de 5 minute.

- Puneti la-ncalzit zeamal de lamaie. Aduceti la fierbere, luati-o de pe foc si diluati in ea gelatina stoarsa bine. Amestecati si cand este calduta incorporati-o in compozitia cu branza. Amestecati bine.
- Varsati compozitia in forma de chec. Dati la rece cel putin 6 h (sau o noapte).
