4 oua (puteti pune chiar 5 daca mici)
90 gr de pudra de migdale
30 gr de faina de cocos
1 lingura de psyllium
100 gr indulcitor natural érythritol (sau 130 gr de zahar )
5 picaturi de indulcitir stévia cu gust de migdala amara
100 gr de unt moale
1 varf de sare
1 lamaie bio (coaja si zeama)
2-3 linguri de lapte
1/2 pachetel de praf de copt

Frecati bine galbenusurile cu 'zaharul' .
Adaugati coaja rasa de lamaie si sucul.
Amestecati.
Incorporati praful de copt amestecat cu faina de cocos si pudra de migdale.
Amestecati bine .
Adaugati treptat albusurile batute spuma.
Compozitia mi se parea cam groasa asa c-am adaugat un pic de lapte (data viitoare voi pune un ou in plus).
Varsati compozitia intr-o forma unsa bine cu unt.
Dati la cuptor timp de 25 - 30 minute.
Lasati sa se raceasca inainte de a scoate din forma.
Decorati cu zahar pudra (nuca de cocos si lamaie verde pentru mine).
