350 gr de sos de rosii de casa- reteta aici
cimbru uscat
3 linguri ulei de masline
lamaie confiata
sare, piper
200 gr de ciuperci proaspete
Mod de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C
Spalati pestele curatat bine si uscati-l cu un prosop din hartie.
Curatati si taiati ciupercile felii.
Intr-o tigaie reveniti ciupercile intr-un picc de ulei.
Puneti sare, piper si lasati apa din ciuperci sa se evaporeze. Rezervati.

Puneti sosul de rosii intr-o tava de marimea bibanului. Alungiti-l daca trebuie cu un pic de apa.
Puneti bibanul peste sosul de rosii. Arozati-l cu un pic de ulei de masline.
Depuneti felii de lamaie confiata peste el si cimbru uscat.
Puneti in juril lui lamaie confiata si dati la cuptorul incalzit la 180° C timp de 35 de minute.
