10 cl de apa
sel, poivrepiment d’Espelette
alune prajite pentru decor
Curatati ceapa si usturoiul si tocati-le marunt. Intr-un castronel preparati marinata.
Amestecati ceapa, usturoiul cu untul de arahide, sosul soia, uleiul de sesam.
Pregatiti puiul; puneti peste el sare, piper si boia de ardei.
Ungeti-l peste tot cu sosul preparat.
Curatati morcovii si taiati-i rondele.
Desfaceti punga, introduceti puiul si morcovii.
Adaugati 10 cl de apa si inchideti punga.

Deschideti sacul cu atentie, sa nu va opariti.
Scoateti puiul, morcovii si sosul.
Verificati daca este gatit.
Totul depinde de marimea lui. Daca este bine colorat este gata.
Taiati-l in portii si serviti.
Al meu era marisor si nu era destul de gatit dupa gustul meu.
L-am arozat cu sosul lui si dat la cuptor pentru inca 20 de minute.

Portionati, si serviti-l cald cu sos, morcovi si garnitura dorita. Presarrati cateva alune.
