1 ceapa salota
1 catel de usturoi
40 g de unt sarat
10 cl de smantana lichida
2 linguri smanta grasa
300 g de ciuperci
sare marina, piper
patrunjel proaspat
parmezan ras (daca doriti)

Mod de preparare:
Curatati si taiati ciupercile felii. Reveniti-le intr-o tigaie in 20 g de unt timp de 8 -10 minute.
Curatati si tocati marunt ceapa si usturoiul.
Intr-o alta tigaie colorati pieptul de curcan intreg in 20 g de unt.
Puneti sare, piper.
Scoateti-l si taiati-l bucatele. In aceeasi tigaie reveniti usturoiul si ceapa. Adaugati bucatile de carne si sotati impreuna timp de 5-8 minute.
Incorporati smantana si adaugati ciupercile . Puneti sare, piper si reveniti impreuna 3 minute.
Este gata, presarati patrunjel tocat si rezervati.

Presarati parmezan deasupra daca doriti.
