Va trebuie un mixer si o sita fina.
Puneti la mixat apa , zaharul sau indulcitorul , lamaile taiate felii (fara samburi).

Filtrati bine printr-o sita. Adaugati in lichidul obtinut semintele de chia.
Lasati-le sa se umfle 15-30 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.
