Varza cu smantana este o mancare amintire din copilarie.
De cand ma gandesc sa fac si n-am vazut multe retete, nu stiu daca este un fel de mancare foarte cunoscut.
Se face simpla de obicei fara carne , eu am adaugat un pic de sunca afumata pentru a o face un pic
'à la carbonnara'.

125 g sunca afumata taiata bucatele (facultativ)
200 g smantana
2 cepe mici
1 morcov
1 foaie dafin
1 lingura faina
1 lingura bulion de rosii
2 linguri ulei

Indepartati primele foi de varza. Detasati restul de foi si puneti-le la fiert in apa cu sare timp de 30 minute.
Curatati ceapa si morcovul.
Tocati ceapa marunt si dati pe razatoare morcovul.
Caliti ceapa si morcovul intr- tigaie mare si adanca in uleiul incalzit.
Adaugati bucatelele de sunca si reveniti impreuna.
Adaugati bucatelele de sunca si reveniti impreuna.
Treceti foile de varza prin apa rece, scurgeti-le bine si taiati-le marunt.
Puneti varza peste ceapa si sunca.
Adaugam smantana peste varza, amestecam bine si lasam varza sa fiarba impreuna cu smantana cateva minute.
