Curatati si taiati marul bucatele.
Incalziti untul cu zaharul intr-o tigaie mica.
Adaugati merele, scortisoara si caramelizati timp de 5 minute.
Lasati sa se raceasca.
Incalziti cuptorul la 200°C.

Ungeti cu unt o forma rotunda cu peretii detasabili (20 cm)- am pus pe fund hartie de copt.
Varsati compozitia si dati la cuptor timp de 30 minutes environ.
Scoateti si lasati un pic sa se raceasca inainte de a scoate din forma.
