Se curata cartofii, prazul si morcovul.
Se taie in bucati si se pun legumele la fiert cu foaia de dafin, cimbrul uscat si Kub-ul de pui la oala minune intr-o cantitate mare de apa timp de 25-30 minute.
Se strecoara totul pastrand apa in care a fiert.
Se scoate frunza de dafin si cimbrul si se mixiaza legumele adaugand apa progresiv pana se obtine o crema.
Se adauga smantana si se fierbe inca 5 minute
Deschideti, spalati si curatati scoicile de Saint-Jacques.
Uscati-le cu un prosop de hartie.
Prajiti-le rapid pe toate partile intr-un pic de unt cu usturoiul tocat marunt.
Puneti sare, piper.
