Cum supa era preparata pentru mine caci bolnava, cu restul am compus masa de pranz a baiatului meu.

2 cartofi mijlocii
1 catel de usturoi
1 felie fina de ghimbir cu tot cu coaja
2 linguri ulei de masline
2 linguri sos soia
1 ceapa

Mod de preparare:
Curatati cartofii, taiati-i in 2 si puneti-i la fiert in apa cu sare.
Se curata morcovul si se taie în tagliatelle subțiri, cu ajutorul unui cuțit de curățat.

Sautati gimbirul si usturoiul intr-o tigaie in uleiul cald.
Taiati pestele bucati , puneti sare si piper si dati-l usor prin faina.
Gatiti pestle pe ambele parti - in jur de 5 minute pe fiecare parte impreuna.
Scoateti pestele si rezervati.
Adaugati crevetii, morcovul, amestecati , puneti piper si sosul de soia.
Colorati crevetii cateva minute, puneti pestele si reveniti impreuna
2 minute. Este gata.
Puneti in fiecare farfurie 3-4 bucati de peste, creveti si acompaniati cu un cartof natur.
