Eu am facut-o sub forma de chec, minunata de servit dimineata sau ca gustare.

Foarte bun, compozitia este un pic densa, il voi reface cu siguranta si voi pune 2-3 linguri de faina mai putin. Se pastreaza bine 2-3 zile intr-un sac de congelat.

Ingrediente:
200 g de unt moale
4 oua
400 g de faina
250 ml de lapte
90 g de zahar tos
70 g de zahar pudra
cateva picaturi de aroma de vanilie naturala
1 plic de praf de copt
3-4 linguri de cacao
1 lingurita de rom
coaja rasa de portocala
Mod de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 170 °C si ungeti cu unt 2 forme de chec.
Frecati bine untul cu galbenusurile si cu zaharul pudra.
Incorporati vanilia si coaja rasa de portocala.
Amestecati faina cu praful de copt si incorporati-o treptat in compozitia precedenta.
Bateti spuma albusurile cu un varf de sare si cu zaharul tos.
Incorporati-le treptat amestecand de jos in sus. Divizati compozitia obtinuta in 2.
Adaugati cacaoa si romul intr-o parte, amestecati bine.
Varsati treptat si pe rand cele 2 compozitii in formele de chec .
Treceti o furculita prin fiecare forma facand o spirala.

Lasati sa se raceasca un pic si demulati.
