Mod de preparare:
Curatati si tocati marunt usturoiul.
Se indeparteaza cotorul si se spala rapid sub apa rece andiva.
Taiati-le in 2.Amestecati uleiul , sosul de rosii si usturoiul.
Ungeti bine carnea si andivele cu acest amestec. Puneti-le intr-un vas pentru cuptor.

Acoperiti vasul cu un capac sau cu o foaie de aluminium si dati la cuptoruul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 20 de minute.
Indepartati foaia sau capacul si dati la cuptor pentru inca 20 de minute.
Verificati apa, adaugati un pic daca trebuie si arozati carnea.
