Dati pe razatoare coaja de lamaie.
Intr-un castron amestecati branza, ouale intregi, zaharul, faina si lichiorul.
Adaugati sucul si coaja de lamaie rasa si amestecati bine pana obtineti o crema neteda.

Ungeti cu unt o forma de 20/30 cm, puneti aluatul foietaj si varsati compozitia.
Dati la cuptor timp de 35 minute.
Lasati sa se raceasca un pic si decorati cu zahar pudra.

Serviti calduta sau rece, simpla sau cu un coulis de fructe de padure, dulceata de prune etc.
