Mod de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Amestecati 5 minute ouale cu indulcitorul , adaugati faina de cocos, laptele si branza ricotta.
Amestecati merele cu compozitia cu oua .
Varsati intr-o forma unsa si presarati scortisoara deasupra (aveam coaja de scortisoara intreaga si am pus-o deasupra).
Taiati si serviti. Calduta este delicioasa.
Puteti decora cu nuca de cocos rasa si servi cu frisca keto (smantana lichida batuta cu un picc de indulcitor).
