60 gr de alune (sau pudra macinata de alune)
40 gr de indulcotor natural erithritol
100 gr de ciocolata neagra 85% +1 patratel
1 para (facultativ)
Prajiti alunele si mixati-le.
Eu aveam deja pudra de alune , am pus-o numai la uscat cateva minute intr-o tigaie pe foc. Amestecati si rezervati.
Puneti smantana la fiert, adaugati indulcitorul si ciocolata rupta bucatele.

Amestecati pana ciocolata este topita, luati de pe foc si adaugati pudra macinata de alune (pastrati un pic pentru decorul final ).
Dati la rece minimum 3 ore ... este partea cea mai dificila ... trebuie sa asteptam sa se raceasca 🤗

Foarte buna, este destul de groasa si concentrata dar foarte gustoasa. Data viitoare voi pune mai multa smantana astfel voi obtine mai mult hi hi.
