Spalati si curatati dovlecelul, taiati-l in 2.
Se taie în tagliatelle subțiri, cu ajutorul unui cuțit de curățat. Partea centrala ramasa am taiat-o bucatele. Sarati.
Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie si adaugati paprika.
Puneti usturoiul, ceapa si rosiile uscate taiate bucatele . Reveniti la foc mediu.

Varsati sosul de rosii, adaugati 5 cl de apa, puneti maslinele, amestecati si gatiti la foc mediu cateva minute.
Cand apa a scazut luati de pe foc si puneti deasupra 2/3 din branza rasa . Amestecati.
