1 conserva de 400 g de lapte concentrat natur fara zahar
80 g de zahar
1 plic de zahar vanilat
4 oua
4 linguri bune de cirese fara samburi (scurse daca din compot)
Mod de preparare:
Incalziti cuptorul la 80°C.
Bateti ouale intregi cu zaharul, incorporati amidonul de porumb si adaugati laptele concentrat si branza de vaci.
Amestecati pana obtineti o compozitie neteda.
Ungeti cu unt formele individuale.
Varsati compozitia (lasati liber 1 cm) si adaugati cateva cirese in fiecare forma.
