24 gr de faina de cocos
60 gr de faina de migdale
3 linguri indulcitor natural erithritol
3 oua
1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu

80 gr de smantana lichida
3-4 linguri de lapte sau lapte de migdale
Mod de preparare:
Incalziti untul la cuptorul micro onde timp de 30 secunde la 650 W.
Adaugati deasupra pudra de migdale, faina de cocos, bicarbonatul .
Amestecati bine.
Incorporati ouale treptat.
Puneti indulcitorul, nuca de cocos, smantana , amestecati si adaugati apoi apoi un pic de lapte daca compozitia este groasa.

Se incalzeste aparatul de vafe si se pune o lingura de compozitie pe cele 2 placi.
Se închide și se lasa aproximativ 3-5 minute (depinde de fiecare aparat).
