1 vanata
1 ceapa
1 lingura de sos 'persillade' (usturoi mixat cu patrunjel si sare)
2 ardei: rosu si verde
4 dovlecei fini
ierburi aromate de Provence
4 linguri ulei
sare marina
piper, boia de ardei
patrunjel proaspat
Mod de preparare :
Spalati legumele, Curatati si tocati marunt ceapa.
Taiati in cuburi vinata si dovleceii in rondele.
Intr-o cocota incalziti 2 linguri de ulei si colorati pulpele taiate in 2 cu ceapa tocata si sosul persillade. Sarati si presarati boia de ardei.
Colorati carnea. Scoateti si rezervati.
Adaugati alte 2 linguri de ulei si reveniti 5 minute vanata si dovleceii.
Puneti ardeii , reveniti . Adaugati apoi rosiile .
Puneti sare, piper, adaugati carnea si 1/2 pahar de apa.
Acoperiti si gatiti la foc potrivit timp de 30 -40 de minute.
Amestecati in mod regulat si verificati de apa.
Controlati de sare.
Puneti patrunjel proaspat la sfarsit.
